- Welcome to my climbing/mountaineering site. I have just relocated back to Utah after 20+ years. I have lived all over the US, but I am glad to be back. On this Blog I will discuss recent climbs, gear, routes, and anything else about being in the mountains. Routes will be in Utah as well as Rainier, Mt. Hood and anywhere else I can climb. This is for informational purposes only. Climbing is a very dangerous sport and should be performed only with the proper instruction and supervision of an experienced climber. As publisher of this site, I assume no responsibility for any injuries incurred by the reader! I will gladly answer any questions you have though regarding routes, gear, time, etc. Finally I mention route times. I climb faster than most, so keep that in mind when trying to determine how long a climb might take. I can help you determine time if you are in need of help. I am married to my special wife Heidi.
